Persimmoney is a personal finance app that unifies net worth, budgets, income, debts, assets, investments, subscriptions, goals and insurance into ten workspaces — and generates a personal balance sheet (assets minus liabilities = net worth) automatically.

## Key features

- **Full financial picture**: Home dashboard aggregates every workspace — net worth, monthly cash flow, attention items, yearly snapshots.
- **Personal balance sheet generation**: assets, investments, retirement and debt are combined into a live balance sheet with equity tracking for linked asset/debt pairs (e.g. home + mortgage), yearly snapshots and PDF reports.
- **Privacy**: all data is stored and computed on-device. No account, no ads, no analytics on financial data, nothing sold. Optional iCloud sync via the user's private CloudKit database. Passcode-encrypted .persimmoney-safe export. Portfolio quotes use the user's own API key (Finnhub, Twelve Data, Alpha Vantage) stored in the device Keychain. No bank connections or credentials — entry is manual or via on-device receipt scanning.
